I don't see it. They talked too glowingly about Green and Terry seems like a Brunson replacement down the line. Worst case scenario is you give up your 2022 2nd rounder or Brunson (could explain signing JJ), but I don't think it's either. There is something missing here though. We can't go into the season with this is our rotation 4/5 rotation:
-KP
-Powell on a minutes restriction
-Johnson
-Maxi
-Boban on his usual minutes/matchup restrictions
Maybe you run DFS at the 4 some? Luka's going to need to average 15 rebounds a game. We are going to get smashed on the boards.

DFS played a ton of 4 last year, and I assume he'll play just as much this year.
But this STILL feels like they need another big to start the season unless they've seen Powell playing above the rim for weeks, somehow.
The strange thing is waiting on announcing Barea but leaking he will be back...must be making some more phone calls before calling it quits...

I'd say the removal of 2023 would be enough for pick compensation. But that plus Brunson and 2nds might get it done. But something has to go to Sacramento too.
