It's a gamble on Dallas end for sure. But if you make the determination that THJ isn't here next year I'm all over the gamble at that point.
I'd much, much rather have Hayward, especially if I'm signing a new contract (which as we've covered, Oladipo wants). And, it's up to Hayward where he signs. This is about his ability to be a free agent.
Wonder how much Justin Holiday would cost.

Full MLE for sure for Dallas. The question is how many years. Indy wants him back, Milwaukee might want to add a brother to their happy family.

Good. This means Beal will demand a trade next season. Wall might be the only contract in the league where Westbrook is an actual upgrade
Too funny - when Windhorst and Lowe were noting how low Westbrook's trade value is, Nick Batum and John Wall were mentioned.
Fun fact -- I believe Garrett Temple shares agents with Gordon Hayward. Just sayin'.
Garrett Temple is a minimum guy. I won't ever hate signing someone to the minimum.
Fast forward to me 3 days from now yelling about signing someone to the minimum lol
Garrett Temple?
I might be done with the MBT if that happens.

As I posted earlier, we have 4 roster slots only. This assumes Barea, WCS and Lee are all gone. Unless we will be sending out a bunch of players and picks in a trade, there is really not a lot of place for vet min guys.
If Mavs get Hayward or Dipo I think I will be pretty happy.

Kid: “Mom, can we get Jrue Holiday?”
Mom: “We have Jrue Holiday at the house.”
*at the house*
Mom: “See!”
*mom points to Justin Holiday*

I see very little to make me want to sign Temple just to be clear.
I don't think I buy the Mavs are even interested in signing him tbh. We have enough guards as is.

The guy is 34 years old. What would be the point? Give that roster spot to a (young/er) player with defensive upside like a Shaq Harrison and see whether you can mold him into a longer-term asset next to Luka like a DFS.
