Any possible way for Mavs to join the fun and grab Bogdanovic?
ONeal was my favorite get from Utah. Of the rest, I guess Bogi and Clarkson are top of the list. I just think Ainge will be looking for a first from each.

Clarkson used to routinely put us to the sword. I'd probably give THJ and a first for him.

You are right, but I don't think any player on the Jazz is really worth a 1st. There is a reason their roster kept failing....their players aren't that good.

I'd rather roll with THJ.

Not sure Clarkson is any better than Timmy.  Definitely would not give up a first.

“Give (or get) us more for Mitchell, or your big blockbuster Durant trade is dead in the water, PHX and BRK.”

Isn't that the look of a "Snake Oil" salesman?

It would depend on what they'd give up for him, in my opinion.

If they can somehow dump Randle in the process and actually turn the offense over to Brunson/Mitchell, then yes, they'll absolutely make the playoffs, I think.

If they spend all year trying to make the guards/Randle figure out how to play off of one another, I don't think that works.

I still think Mitchell ends up in BRK, anyway.
BIG NEWS -- Ayton just signed an offer sheet with Indy. PHX is on the clock, and it will have big repercussions on the rest of the planning by other teams.

Clarkson is MUCH better at creating for himself.  He cooked Josh Green any time they were matched up and I thought Josh did a good job of staying connected.  He'd be a major upgrade.

Huge. This means no S&T with Phoenix getting anything back. Love it.

I wonder where Turner ends up now.

PHX can only match. They can't include him in a trade (unless Indy/Ayton agree to pull the offer sheet, which means it has to all be finished quickly or they'll never agree to do so).

It's about to get fast and furious now, because it's now or never mode on a lot of this talk.

Absolutely agree. Clarkson shot an absurd 65% TS% against us in the playoffs. That kind of efficiency off the bench is what some teams kill for.
Doesn't seem like Ayton has actually signed an offer sheet yet, since technically IND hasn't cleared the space to offer it yet. I think we're still in "verbal agreement" territory.

Yes, he had a great playoff series.  But his TS for the year was 54 and his career has been around 55.  That performance is not something to expect regularly.  He might be an offensive upgrade over Timmy (although not nearly the shooter) but I don't think the difference is worth a first.
McConnell/Turner for Powell/THJ seems to be the trade the Mavs have been waiting for to be honest. Solves the 3rd PG issue and the starting C problem. Sign Bledsoe/Kemba/Schroeder and Cousins/Howard/Whiteside on minimum deals.

Doncic/McConnell/Ntilikina
Dinwiddie/Bledsoe/Hardy
DFS/Bullock/Lawson (on 2-way)
Wood/Kleber/Bertans
Turner/McGee/Whiteside
