If Kyrie works out, Luka/Kyrie/Clarkson/Wood would be the most lethal offense in the NBA. Adding Vanderbilt to Green, Maxi and Reggie should give you a good enough defense to win.

It be better to stagger three lethal scorers and to have insurance for injuries/rest games.

Mike D'Antoni just got a random erection thinking about this.
All-in for OG. Best defender available by far. Not totally useless on offense.

Start with unprotecting the 23 1st. Then offer THJ+25+27+Hardy.

Luka
Kyrie / Green
OG / Bullock
Maxi
Wood / Powell / Pinson / McGee

They'd demand Green and it probably isn't enough.  If you want OG, you need to wait for the offseason.

Let New York convey.  Swap '25 SRP + 30FRP to Brooklyn for '29.  Trade '24, '26, '28 + rosters assets.

CJeter on the Discord discussion had a very interesting trade proposal:

Cle gets: THJ/Dal 25 SRP/NYK SRP
NYK get: Levert/lift the 23 protections
Dal gets: Rose/Reddish

I like it. Sets us up well for a Wood and 2 FRPs trade for a couple 2 way guys.

Probably right. I think he's moved for sure at the deadline though.

I hope we dream bigger if we are investing all of our FRPs and going for a 3rd pillar.  A little patience and creativity and we can offer a decent package after the draft.

Probably something like Timmy + First for Crowder + Shamet/Craig.  Very underwhelming.

I admit I would much rather have Clarkson + Vanderbilt for that package.

Yeah that Crowder trade would be sickening. My best offer would be THJ and a second for Crowder and Shamet. That would be if we aren’t able to get Vanderbilt and one of the Jazz guards. I really would take Conley, Sexton or Clarkson in the right deal.

Mavs don't have a second to offer.  lol

Jesus, we don’t have one?

Nope.  '27 FRP is our only tradeable pick at the moment.

This guy is looking better and better...IF the plan is to keep Wood.

Not sure that it is the plan, however.

Have to admit, the next few days are now much more interesting, despite the Mavs having less to work with.

Mr. Left please embrace anarchy with me.

I am trying, my brother in christ. I am trying HARD.

Yeah no point in really waiting now. I want them to go fully all-in and see what happens.

Don't forget about the buyout market. Feels like Dragic/Wall could fill the Frank role.

Beasley/Vanderbilt for THJ/'27 pick (top 4 protected) would be my prime target.

I really like this idea.

Although what if we decided plan powder is the best route?

Trade Bullock to the Knicks for Hartenstein+23 protections removed.

Then go to TOR and trade for FVV+OG for the last of our picks along with Wood+THJ.

Luka/FVV
Kyrie/Hardy
OG/Green
Maxi/Bertans
Hartenstein/Powell/McGee

Now we got a squad. Along with the ability to create around 20 mil of cap space in the summer. To me that's a championship team.
I think that offer for OG...is far outweighed by Knicks/Grizzlies/NOP/Suns (although I think they will expect KD) who have shown interest... I would be interested in Turner.. What about Wood/THJ/Mavs 25(unprotected) for Turner..? Hardy for Mcdaniels (Hornets) or Powell for Covington and wait for the buying market (thinking about Dragic/Roos/Barton) would there be interest in FA in defensive specialists like Bledsoe or Nwaba or shooters like Lamb or Ennis...?
