Seems like a 3 for 1 with us would help the logjam in Indy.

Is Cam Johnson not in Brooklyn’s plans.  Is there a world where you give up a first and McGee for his RFA rights?
I can´t believe how crazy these last 24 hours must be a for a front office. Is the whole point to bait another front offices into silly mistakes under enormous time pressure? Do they have 500 million trade scenarios on their office walls and call the other team with Should we do trade order #324 as outlined on Jan 3rd. 2023? Do these GMs just chat over Microsoft Teams?

What are you interested in that would make sense giving up unprotected FRP? I don't really see a straight up deal for anything. My guess, they will dump Johnson and Taylor (or Brissett)

No first included. Simple 2 for 1. McConnell + Theis for THJ?

This is one of the busiest TDL's in recent memory.

McConnell´s contract is trash, but don´t hate it. Can we work Bitadze into that as well or is he already officially waived. It solves a lot of our depth issues.

McConnel is playing well for them and I don't see him as a great fit next to Luka or Irving. He needs the ball. Theis would be ok, if he can still play after all the injuries

Wouldn´t change a lot when it comes to the longterm payroll. All involved players have two years left on their deal after this season. Theis last year is a team option.
But as you mentioned. It solves the depth issues.
Look, I know the Mavs can't afford this trade, so don't get me twisted, but...we know Memphis is one bidder, but unless they're negotiating against themselves, what's the holdup? I have to think the Mavs are the next most likely suitor, need wise, right?

I think the Mavs have too many SG/SF types that either cannot handle the ball or cannot defend bigger wings/forwards. Turning one of them into the 3rd ballhandler + backup big wouldn´t be the worst move.

New Orleans, Portland

Rumor was a bidding war between Memphis and NO.

I wasn’t thinking unprotected first.  Duarte and Theis or something like that for Wood.

I can see Portland, but New Orleans? Do you think they'd give up BI? I don't see a role there for OG when Zion is healthy. Maybe I'm wrong about that, though.

A decent 2-for-1 involving Wood or maybe THJ (probably Wood) is just what the Dr ordered, imho.

Agreed.  If Indy, Hield kind of makes the THJ part unlikely.

This is all just NUTS.  Thanks to Sleeping Hero for keeping the board organized.  I walked out of an hour long meeting at about 11:30 and 38 NBA players had been traded during the course of that meeting (just kidding on the number, I don’t actually have time to count because six more rumors hit while I’ typing a post)

Still a deal that I would try to jump. Wiseman is still super young. At the same age Embiid had not played a single game in the league.

Gary Payton going back to GSW?

Jake Fischer on Twitter: "Golden State has also been in trade discussion regarding James Wiseman with both Portland and San Antonio today, sources said. Pistons and Hawks have talked a separate John Collins deal, sources said, but being told momentum there has stalled." / Twitter
Another insane risk, but I might do this one. Obviously, this only happens in a world where ORL desperately wants off of Isaac's deal. No idea if we live in that world or not.
