some of the backup centers contracts have surprised me.  I thought some of them would need to work to get the tax MLE.  I was wrong.   

Seeing this, I really wished we could have gotten one of the second round centers in the draft to add to Hardy.

This is a head scratcher to me too. Knox never plays, just rides the pine.

Interestingly, it's also an extension rather than a FA signing. I wonder if there's some cap maneuvering going on.

Random observation: An extended Gary Harris at $13mm + Isaac at $17mm is an exact trade match for THJ + Powell.

I will say, Kamm’s prediction of Nico overturning the roster by this offseason is mostly spot on. Got the big cog out of the way at the TDL, got rid of the fully 0 contributors at the draft. Let a good one go so far in FA. If he finds a trade for THJ and/or Powell, that’s pretty much exactly what Nico did.

Need more Kamm tweets.  Need Powell and Bertans gone.  Help.
