Cmon Dragic come here and fulfill your destiny. You won with Luka and Igor in Europe. Time to conquer America.
Been hoping for THJ; Holmes; Dragic since the Lowry news started going South(beach)

Mavs still have room for Holmes....and if Dragic gets bought out, I think they can pull that too.
I think IF they use space to sign Holmes it would almost force Dallas to trade for Dragic

On the other hand if they can make a trade for a PF (using the TE/Burke) then using the MLE to outbid all others for a bought out Dragic makes sense

I hope this is true.

PLEASE be true.
So the question comes down to whether Dallas thinks Holmes is worth using the cap space on or do they want to add using the TE and the full MLE?
IT looks like Toronto doesn't want to cut Dragic

Toronto shouldn't cut Dragic. Dragic doesn't want to be there though, which means he's going to be rerouted.

I think Holmes at 14mm is a great deal. BUT we'd have to get rid of at least WCS and Powell for it to make sense.

Very doable outcome, capwise. That assumes Holmes is gettable for 60M or so, hopefully less.
Derozan isn't signed either yet. Just saying.

Who has cap space left?

From top of my head at least SA, NY, OKC
It goes back to whether they prefer value they can create with the TPE and the Full MLE (2 average range players)
OR
Holmes

I think (okay more like wish) Powell to Toronto for Dragic is very real as a possible reroute
Sterling Brown coming to Dallas per Shams
