It is very early but I admit being little disappointed looking at the box scores and seeing the same names getting the majority of the minutes as we saw last year.  Minus Richardson and a combined 25 minutes of Bullock/Brown.   I just have to be honest at the end of the season I had much bigger expectations going into the offseason.

I expect the Mavs to be fine and good, but I have watched several games and even some of the fringe playoff teams look much more athletic than our Mavs teams.

I understand this but I still don't understand what people expected out of this offseason.  Lowry had zero intention of coming this way and I do think that Bullock and Brown will give us good mistake free minutes this year.  Another playmaker would be nice but the way this roster was built we just don't have the assets to make that happen until we get our first round picks back.  Personally the only thing i'm disappointing in is the fact that we don't seem to have any urgency removing the protections of the pick we still owe the Knicks but that can also be done if some blockbuster trade actually presented itself to us.
Is there a 21-22 Mavs Media Guide out yet?

You were quick to change the topic of the thread there Kamm...
Is an injury to the team's highest paid player not significant?
It is definitely news that KP left with an injury. Doubt its anything major

Porstiffgis
He should’ve been traded for a bag of peanuts in the off-season. now we are stuck with him. maybe for John Wall straight up? which i would do because one less year. KP 2.0 was never

Never said it wasn't.

We don't know anything about how severe the low back tightness is and it's most likely nothing significant. At least not significant enough to warrant an instant thread title change.

But at that point I'm just engaging in pedantic fault finding. Lets see if it keeps him out next game. Hopefully it won't.

My goal with title changes is to give the most significant news to those who may pop in only occasionally and miss a lot of the tweets, etc. If someone worked tonight and couldn't see the game and doesn't come here till tomorrow morning, they wouldn't know he left the game without that title change. That's who I have in mind.

It should be illegal to be this genuinely nice.
