Whoa. How were they able to arrange a sign and trade before the FA window? Donnie, are you watching this crap? Learn! Learn!
I know it's fun to joke, but I highly doubt Donnie is just going to wake up tomorrow and learn about all of this then, like a tool. I think these teams have all been talking and negotiating basically since the bubble ended. He saw these possibilities coming.

The Mavs don't have enough to horn in on ANYTHING that's happened so far, except for Schroeder, and we all know they don't like him. It's a poorly kept secret, at this point.

Let's not push the panic button until after the draft, at least.

If they trade #18 for Danny Green, I'll drive while you guys load the shotguns.

FIFY

I'm out for the night as well. Go Mavs! (he said, wearing his Donald Hodge jersey and a bag on his head)
Bucks are all in. Getting Bogdan Bogdanovich too? Giannis must be staying put.
Ya, I don't get these posts speculating about the liklihood of Giannis leaving. His quote is that he has to see that they are TRYING to win. That's Dirk level respect for his FO. If it turns out he walks next year, he's no Dirk, cause they are for sure TRYING!

I think this bought the Bucks at least two years, maybe three depending on how close they come.  If the experiment doesn't work and as he creeps closer to 30, at that point I could see him asking for a trade.
I mean i guess he signs it now, otherwise the Bucks should be slightly worried. Jrue and Bogdan are a little overhyped, and they have no assets left to change that now. I think Giannis teams could still flame out against the wall strategy. If he signs, that doesn't really matter for now, and the window is a few years.

If Philly gets Harden, or Heat trading for Beal regardless. The East could be tough. I mean i see no point for the Rockets to keep Harden or? Why are you trading Roco?

Maybe. But for now, this is trying to me. If they are trying in 2-3 years, that is Giannis quote currently until he says differently.

As long the Bucks don't try to cheap out again, I can't see him leave them.
Current status of Western conference team regarding change from last season. Five teams better, four teams worse:
LAL: better
LAC: same
Den: same
Hou: worse
OKC: worse
Uta: same
Dal: same
Por: better
Mem: same
Pho: better
San: same
Sac: worse
NO: worse
Min: better (DLo and Towns basically didn't play together last season)
GSW: better (counting receovered guys as "new additions")

Agreed.  I think he's always wanted to stay, but was pissed off about the Brogdon situation.  He wants the Bucks ownership to give an indication that they're committed to winning, and they've done that.

Yeah, at the end of the day, when the shock of that HAUL-iday trade wears off, you realize that they don't go that all-in without an idea that Giannis is signing the supermax, and probably THIS summer.

We can debate what that means for Milwaukee moving forward, but for the MAVS' purposes, he's 100% off of the board.
John Wall needs to call Wes Matthews to see if he can borrow his tank commander helmet.
