I would say DC at the time ten years ago or so that the Occupy vagrants were pooping on the grass in the public parks, but that city still had so much going for it in spite of that.

I have always heard Austin was a great city.

I visited for the first time a few weeks ago... I was not impressed. Homeless people on every street corner in tents. It was really sad.

Man... Louisiana is just the worst state. I always hate going thru there when traveling to Florida. I think we only stop in Alexandria where there's like 10 gas stations on one corner. I think that's Alexandria at least...
