Carlisle is the president of the coaches union. The chances of him actually saying even off the record that he'd be interested in another coach's job is essentially zero. The most logical explanation is clearly that Carlisle told someone that he'd love to coach Giannis and the reporter was just too dense to notice that he never mentioned leaving Dallas. Wink
