The chances of him actually saying even off the record that he'd be interested in another coach's job is essentially zero. The most logical explanation is clearly that Carlisle told someone that he'd love to coach Giannis and the reporter was just too dense to notice that he never mentioned leaving Dallas. Wink

Whenever Luka has a stat of the moment, they always add he is only 21 or 22.  So I just added it for KD.

Who would win, Porzingis clan vs Jokic clan?

Ok, gotcha. Luka's will get more attention when or if he wins a title.
KD was incredible tonight.   Just an all time great laying down his claim.

I turned the game on in the second quarter and it looked like a cakewalk for the Bucks.  Although, you always have to wonder, especially a team who has had problems in the past, how they would react when the other team makes their run.   Those open three pointers become much more difficult.  I thought the Bucks offense late was awful.  No ball movement, no player movement, just one guy trying to make something happen (looked familiar).  I hear there was a lot of frustration with the Bucks game plan online.   Is there a reason the former two time defensive player of the year does not guard KD at all?

The whole Brooklyn thing depresses me.   To see how good they are now without their full Big 3 and them having limited reps together, makes me wonder how good they will be in the future when they are healthy and have a lot of reps together.   Makes me wonder why I will spend so much time looking at who the Mavs should sign for the MLE.   Seems almost like a waste of time at the moment.

Wow...that is huge.   Did this happen during the game or in practice?  It is a shame that at least three of the teams remaining may have huge injury issues to their stars.   Leonard, Embid, Irving & Harden.

KD is amazing. He has by far exceeded every player who has had an Achilles injury and came back to perform at the same level or better than before the injury. Dominique Wilkins is probably the closest example as he won Comeback Player of the Year and averaged 29 ppg after his injury, but he wasn't a high flyer anymore.
