Agreed.  Monk has more off the dribble than Seth and can be used in more ways.  I'm also not buying $13mm for Holmes.  If Charlotte wants him, it costs all of the cap room they have after accounting for the Graham hold (who also happens to be a sixth man type for them...no need to keep both on a roster with Rozier and Ball).

I think Green will be a low minute, but most every game player next year. No more DNP-CD next to his name. That suits him being where he is being the change of pace defender in place of one of the 3 (Luka, Ball or Brunson). Also, just like with DFS at the 4, we lose something putting Green at the 3 IMO. In certain situations where the other team is going all guard it can work, just not on a regular basis.

Indiana just didn't make the playoffs.  I wonder if there is any chance they have a firesale.  Would love to trade for Sabonis, but Turner wouldn't be bad either.

Sabonis is probably the biggest empty stats guy in the league. Worst +/- numbers on the entire Pacers roster. The last game against the Wizards really show cased why. Defense was beyond terrible. KP is already a liability but Sabonis is easily worse. Getting torched in the post by bigger guys like RoLo. Not getting back in transition at all. Getting blown by in the pick and roll. No help defense or rim protection.

The guy to poach from Indiana is Brogdon.  He would be perfect fit here.

Dwayne Wade is that guy...

You go out for drinks with a couple of friends, you get to the bar all ready to get a little crazy and... one of your boys has brought his GF along, and the night fizzles out quickly.

Moral of the story; don’t be D-Wade

Guy made the All-Star game...so dont listen to me....

But the few times I watched him it has amazed me he made ASG.  Is he a really good passer?  3pt Specialist?...because even that doesnt scream at me when I watch him.

What really got me questioning him was a game I saw during regular season when he literally was looking like Dwight Powell on offense around the rim.   Im not talking about rim-rolling DP...Im talking about wild-circus miss the backboard on a lay-up DP.   Sabonis didnt look very polished at all around the rim in this particular game.

Dude score points, though.  I know nothing about his defense.  Maybe he is an ok passer and can hit a 3 reasonably well.   From what I have seen I would pass on this guy.   Eye test isnt enough...I get it.  Maybe he plays team ball really well.

Here's what the same league had to say about Covid rules in December. Life comes at you fast.

What a farce.
LeBron is the exception to NBA rule enforcement...

All Hail the King!!!...
Imagine being Golden State.

You overcome injuries to multiple major starters and finish 8th. Not good enough.

First, the league makes you play the Lakers and refuses to enforce their own Covid rules against Lebron. The guy who shouldn't even be in the game makes the game-winning shot.

Then because of a new play-in format that they invented for the benefit a a few TV networks, they make you play a team that finished behind you in the standings. The Grizz get lucky for one game, and your season is over.

I wonder what financial damages an enterprising Warriors owner could claim in court against a league that seems to invent rules on the fly out of thin air.

Lol, of course not

Watching Bucks vs Heat looks like a Baylor scrimmage.  When did the Heat choose that color?
