so, @"michaeltex", if you had a press pass and went to media day, your two questions would be

1. Who isn't vaccinated?
2. Why does Kyrie "Flat Earth" Irving get to be the spokesperson for the union?

I don't know that you'd get any answers  Big Grin
@"michaeltex", kudos to you, my bad, Locked On Mavs saying that the vaccincation question is the biggest story of media day!

So we've reached the point in Zion's career when the team hides surgeries for foot fractures. He's fun to watch, but I really do wonder how long he'll last.

I was scoffed at when he was drafted because I said his career would be SHORT and DERAILED by injuries. Watch his lower body mechanics, there is NOTHING sustainable in the alignments and movements of his lower body and then add stupid amounts of explosion to this and it is "game over."

Watching what that guy does at his size, I've wondered if his bones, muscles and ligaments could handle the forces generated. He may be too strong and fast at that weight for the human body. Might have to slim down a good bit to stay healthy.

Zion's health was always going to be the biggest roadblock to him having a legendary career.

There were rumblings that Zion was pissed at the Pels for how they handled his recovery from his injury his rookie year.  Could it be that they were right all along? Or are the Pels medical staff that bad that they can't keep their stars healthy?

Also, this means that Kawhi, Murray, Zion, Klay, are all going to miss time till at least December. That should greatly affect the Western conference standings.

Here's to hope the Mavs stay healthy and take advantage of this.

Am I the only one seeing parallels between what Zion is going through in NO and Ty Chandler's history there?
