The East is getting better for sure. We all know these things go in cycles. The East dominated the league in the 90's thanks to you know who.

The NBA should seriously consider placing a limit on the amount of time before a trade can be completed. I find it absolutely nonsensical a team like the Lakers last year can wait nearly 2 months to complete a mega 12132 team trade because it benefits them.

7 days max should be allowed to work out ANY details for a trade. If you can't get it done in 7 days it's obvious you're abusing the system and taking advantage of a loop hole.
