Says Bullock is the best fit.   Cool... Cool

Hmmmm.  Bullock may have been brought in to replace DFS, but he is not a lockdown defender, but he's good.. We need both, imho.
The term lockdown defender is a meaningless one. The great ones are going to get theirs. Even a combo of Kawhi and PG could not stop Luka. What is needed is a bunch of players who have the length, ability and willingness to grind while not being a liability on offense . Bullock has that.

We'd going for the most efficient offense ever award again

High scoring that comes with long wings that can switch...if they'll grind like @"hakeemfaan"mentioned sounds great to me. I'm still on the "one big" train.

Hope we're keeping DFS!!

THJ, Hield, DFS, Bullock all sharing 3 wings spots can work, with one of them as the 6th man, coming in with Brunson.
I really don't see Dallas trading DFS for Hield. But Green? Setting aside cap issues, salary matching, and the highly dubious source that to my knowledge has never been even close to right, I'm pretty sure Dallas would be interested.

I laughed out loud.

Just looking at the numbers. He was a 40% + shooter before he joined the Nets. Has been in the high 30s in the last two seasons.

Completely agree, and for my my money you need a good mix of the emboldened AND the reverse of that (offensive skill, but not a a liability on defense).

Two-way-players.
Man I am going to be extremely pissed if we trade Dorian Finney-Smith. He is my second favorite player on the entire team. Standup dude that always plays hard.

I know its early but I am starting to not like the decision making I hope my feelings are temporary.

People lose site of the DFS being able to play Power Forward and Center in some cases. He can guard 1 thru 4 and that is extremely rare.

Counterpoint:  DFS has locked down my heart.

I find the COMBINATION of these two posts to be synergistic

Looks like Memphis didn't want to extend him. I think good deal for both
