Watching Nets-Nuggets right now. The way Jokic easily drops a 25+ pts triple double in three quarters is just scarry. Luka can put up similar volume but I don´t think he has ever been close to 80% from the field.

Jokic has reached transcendent levels on offense.  He's my favorite player to watch in the NBA right now.

Luka needs to play at his last 10 games since return from injury pace for an entire season to reach Jokic status for me.
I didn't know the Nets have lost 8 in a row and now in the play in game.   What a weird year.  I know KD has missed those games, Harden has missed a few and Irving is well......

But still, things are really messy there for a team people said was the clear cut favorite to win it all if healthy.

Because he's cutthroat and will do anything to win. One of the best leaders ever.  Reminds me of Isiah Thomas another all time great PG.

Everybody thought he was done. Glad to see him having success on a very good team.
And people wonder why the Knicks perpetually suck. Talk about a dysfunctional organization.

Thibs is a good coach, but it is becoming apparent he needs a ready to win team and he will probably wear out his welcome in 3-4 years.   Probably not the best place to be on a team trying to develop.

if I were to be honest, the one major worry I have about Kidd is teams where they stress all out effort on defense can see that voice get tuned out over time.    That is why I am glad to see we have been scoring better lately.

Lebron says he can give you Westbrook for Love.
Keep putting in the work Julius, so we can bring you home for just Timmah. Big Grin

I say Randle will go to Portland for McCollum.

Also not sure whether Thibs is stupid or an evil genius. Obviously the whole Knicks plan (successful or not) is based around getting Zion and Cam is just a pawn in this endgame. Either Thibs intentionally does not play him to get fired and keep cashing them cheques, or he´s a moron that truly does not understand.

At this point I think the teams that will still do trades are Portland, Indiana, New York, Sacramento and Atlanta. Just figure out how to make that a eight player trade.

Barnes/Gallinari to Indiana
Nurkic/Lamb to Atlanta
Randle to Portland
McCollum to New York
Turner to Sacramento
