Possibly, but I DFS was taking the shot before Luka got here.  I think its just Ben...he needs to sack up and shoot the shot and possibly get a counselor to help him deal with the anxiety that he has going on,  I think Luka and a positive environment could help, but its on him.
Off topic here but if you have Netflix, There is a documentary called "Untold The Malice at the Palace"  About the infamous brawl between the Indiana Pacers and Detroit Pistons on November 19th, 2004. It's very well done.

I'll probably do a trial of Netflix just to watch this.  i saw a commercial the other day and it looked awesome.
Ben Simmons is just scared and has always been scared to shoot. Somewhere early in his basketball life, he decided to not shoot and he's stuck with it since. Maybe there was some traumatic experience he had as a kid during a game where he shot poorly and then it's scarred him ever since. I really can't think of any perimeter player who has gone through something similar, even other pass-first PGs. Rondo wasn't a good shooter but he would still take them when left open, especially mid-range. Jason Kidd was made fun of plenty during his career for not having a jumper but he actually wasn't terrible. He just wasn't a scoring guard so his misses were a bigger deal.

DEN, LAL, UTA and PHO are a tier ahead for sure. Now in a Bo7, maybe we can beat UTA and DEN if the stars align. Obviously anything can happen as far as injuries go.

Well, the odds makers disagree with this. Mavs with 4th best “wins” odds in the West, 7th overall. See above.

Yep, I mean let's face it, vaccines will basically be mandated everywhere soon enough.  Rightfully so too.
