OKC has 12 TWELVE first round picks in the next three drafts. I stopped counting after that. They were 1.5 games out of the play-in at the half-way stage of the season, while actively trying to lose games. SGA must not care about basketball at all.

They could easily trade for Ben Simmons and Myles Turner and still have a dozen 1st round picks left.

Simmons
SGA
Dort
Baszley
Turner

Arguably the best defensive starting five in the whole league.
For the Marcus Smart fans out there... What?

I clicked "like", but tbh I'm not sure that was really appropriate. What I really needed was a  "wtf" button.

Honestly, I empathise with Smart, but no, under no circumstances would I want to trade for him if that's what he's experiencing.

Lol. Well it's been 4 years since that picture frame incident so I don't think it's that big of a deal.

Yeah I'm so surprised they haven't pulled off any moves.
Worst case scenario for them is falling into a trap where you're a fringe playoff team trying to development multiple young guys. Better established players are going to steal those minutes all day every day no matter how much the fans complain
That is terrible about Ingles.  Jazz have been in a swoon and there have been rumors that they would move Ingles plus pick to get a better piece.  I have always liked Ingles game.   I know I have read that his game has dropped a little this year, but he has been a very solid player for a while.

Denver is now in front of the Mavs.   They have had a really nice season.   If they can have everyone healthy next year, Denver and the Clippers may be next years favorites.

Honestly a huge blow to the Jazz. Even in Ingles' down year he was an integral bench piece. And even though he wasn't killing it on the court, his contract was the one viable way to improve the team without rocking the boat too much. UTA has been in a tough skid too, they are 4-12 in their last 16 games.

Lost Gobert. Completly tanked the defense. 1-8 without him.

I was one of the biggest critics for that Gobert contract (and I'm honestly still skeptical) but there's no denying his impact on that team.
I have been impressed with Josh Green this year, but man on man Bane and Maxey both put on a show last night.  Both over 30 points.  Green is going to be a good player.  But I don't think he is ever at the level of Bane and Maxey.
Bey, Bane, and Maxey are all 3rd/4th/5th men. Legit bonafide starters. Green will probably be a 7th guy his entire career.

If he ever develops a shot and can score 10ppg then maybe he can join that conversation, but he seems too hesitant.

He needs to get in the lab this summer and work on his shot to be considered a legit 3&D wing.  He has POtential though.

Cuban should offer him season tickets to the Mavs and have his seats right next to Nico's.

I'll empty out my savings to make it happen
