Bringing in Rondo would be the ultimate F you to Carlisle. Rondo wreaking havoc would be the ultimate told-you-so from RC.

I assume Nets will do whatever it takes to keep Durant happy.

It is different with Kidd. But if I’m in Cuban’s seat I’ve got to put the organization above all else.

I don’t have any hate toward Rondo. But he told us what he thinks of our team and city. I can’t believe Carlisle was the only reason he quit on us. If so, that’s pretty weak. He also quit on his teammates along with Cuban who believed in him, and all the fans and the city of Dallas.

Maybe giving him a second chance is the right thing to do, it certainly was for TC...wait. I mean DAJ...wait. Well one things for sure, JJB did well his second time around!
Rondo quit on Dirk and the team in the playoffs...Dirk should veto any Rondo talk immediately...
I am sure we can find a solution that would not include creepy Rondo.

F Rondo. Moody ass prima donna. At the time, he was a "name" talent in the NBA who was mad because he didn't get traded to a contender or a location he preferred. But, instead of performing as a professional, threw a fit (during a playoff game!) and had to be separated from the team.

JJB did even better his first time, which justified a 2nd signing.
Pretty sure we should kick the tires on a Lamar Odom return as well!

Jerry Jones says he would do anything on earth to win another Super Bowl.. and when Jerry says it, you know he means anything. Would Cuban can say the same about a Larry O?

Neither one of them....neither one.  We don't need that kind of juju in the locker room.

If I was Mark Cuban, literally the only reason I would sign Rondo would be to put him in the first game, call timeout, bring him to the sidelines and tell him we just cut his tail and to take his Connect 4 game and GET OUT of my arena...to the cheers of the crowd.  (yes, I'd be wearing a mic.)

And with that news, my interest in Smart as a Mav is gone forever.
