But he seems to have turned the corner and hasn't been a problem, yet. Just probably needed a change of scenery and Silas put the ball in his hands.  He's played well for them.
Interesting first half. High intensity. Almost feels like a playoff game.
For the 76ers. Embiid a non factor. Horford just knows how to defend him. Maxey and Harden unstoppable. Getting to the rim. Drawing fouls. Harris shooting lights out.
For the Celtics. Tatum no settling for jumpers. Taking it to the rim and drawing fouls. Brown started slow but woke up in the 2nd quarter. The level of talent they can bring of the bench is almost like having a 2nd starting five in reserve. Brogdon looks great. Grant Williams is exactly the kind of defender the Mavs desperately need.
And now it turned into a flop contest. No suprise. With Harden, Embiid and Smart on the floor.

Am I crazy to think that the stretch were Westbrook was running the offense was better than anything LBJ and AD produced today? He is far from the player he used to be and even in his prime I wasn´t a fan but it feels like he is taking the blame for a lot of things that are outside of his control.
Lakers have no spacing. Their best shooter is probably LBJ. Maybe Ryan and Nunn of the bench. They have no defense. AD should be dominating the paint but he he offers zero rim protection. Beverley is all talk. LBJ is coasting.

Never thought that I would ever feel sorry for RW. But here we are.

He had a moment last season where he left the stadium at halftime because he had an argument with an assistant. The guy is unstable.

He is such an overrated player IMO.

I agree. It's weird, because he should be a top 5 guy. And it's not just the injury-prone nature, either. Going all the way back to New Orleans, shouldn't we have expected him to do something there, despite the team not being run that well at the time? Like, get them to the playoffs at least? For comparison, think about what Garnett was able to do in Minnesota. I believe that's a comparable enough situation, and the difference in what they achieved is night and day.

Give me Ginóbili over Thompson

Rui is exactly like Markkanen. All you need to do is watch his FIBA stuff, when he´s a one man team and still putting up big numbers: 22/7/2 in the Tokyo Olympics against Spain, Slovenia and Argentina.

Agreed. Manu needs to be on there somewhere. In his peak he was a SPECIAL player.

Interesting.  I don't necessarily disagree yet I'd have Klay over Manu in a top 100, excluding championships. (I believe Manu invented flopping so I might be biased)
The Brick Show.  Let Russell sulk.

Not an NBA achievement but Manu being the best player on a team that beat the US and won gold in the olympics is more valuable than a ring in my opinion. I think at his best Manu was closer to Wade/Bryant than Thompson. Just couldn´t handle the same load over an entire season.

Interesting.

Blaming Russ for their shooting problems while he is actually their best jump shooter is peak LA.

To be fair, the 4 is more impressive than the 2 between those 2 numbers.
