Ah, I get it now. So it's the guaranteed money for the first two years combined if waved by the 10th. Thanks.

I wonder if there's a high priced player out there for a team stuck in the luxury tax that Orlando thinks could help them.

It should be forbidden to mention this name Smile

I listened to a podcast with Iztok Franko yesterday (in Slovenian) and one of the things he mentioned was the surprise about McGee (planned) role coming from people from Phoenix (no names mentioned). He says he was mostly an offensive specialist in Phoenix, while Mavs brought him in to anchor the defense.

I have a sickness….Friday evening and i am looking at stats from minimum contract centers.  For instance, the last 10 games Thomas Bryant is averaging 15 and 10.  I have no idea if those stats mean anything, but the McGee contract is making me lose any faith this front office knows what they are doing.  Just one of many unfortunately.
There have been some dog teams to watch this year.  But the clippers need to be at the top of the list.  Every game you have no idea who is playing and who is sitting.  All for the hope to have everyone healthy for the stretch run and playoffs.  Must take the joy out of the game for their fans.  What a slog.

They might be the most interesting TDL team to me. They really need to trade FVV. I’d be interested in Boucher, Trent jr, Thad, Birch. OG if they come down on the price. But they have the right size contracts to swap for some of our bad contracts

I'd trade the entire farm save Luka for Pascal+FVV

Now that is a core.

Lets say for whatever reason we can force a trade on TOR and the deal is DFS+Wood+THJ+27+29+pickswap 26 and 28 for FVV and Siakam

New roster is:
Luka/Dinwiddie
FVV/Green
Bullock/Bertans
Siakam/Kleber
Powell/McGee

Outside of McGee that is a VERY solid roster. No way Toronto does that but a guy can dream right?

Keith Smith on Twitter: "The Nets need another big. If Claxton gets in foul trouble, they don't have a ton behind him. Brooklyn has some tradable contracts, so I think they'll be in the mix for someone by the deadline." / Twitter

That's exactly the kind of team who might be interested in McGee. A room full of crazy people, the same room who ruined their entire window by insisting the team pay a ridiculous contract to DeAndre Jordan.

What fits, salary wise?

Curry

Edit: sorry, he doesn't. Mavs would need to add more.

Edit2: Mills is an option

I doubt they're looking to move him, anyway.

He has a bad season so far and they have plenty of other shooters who don't play defense. Patty Mills is an option
