The alleged information from sources is that twitter user DroppingDimes20 (who dropped the James #Harden trade news) is a disgruntled intern of the Philadelphia #76ers who had been fired due to budget cuts.

He earned his spot in NBA meme culture. Feels like no one is even talking about players/teams right now.
Remember the Kyrie to Phoenix thing? Well never mind.

The Suns are not going to meet with Kyrie Irving. This is absurd! twitter.com/chrisbhaynes/s…

I'm worn out already and free agency hasn't started yet.

Do y'all remember "Incarcerated Bob"?
Sorry repost

I hope he’s wrong about KAT or Ayton, though. I guess KAT would be my preference, but I’m not all that interested in either of them.

Stein said Drummond deal depends on another Mavs trade that isn't Ayton? Could it be we are actually having legit interest in KAT?
Looks like the guy made a new account unless it's a troll.

The one thing that I'll say about KAT is that he can play alongside Lively so it would be easier to find time to develop him.

Although KAT should definitely be playing the 5 imo (and playing defense like he did at Kentucky while he's at it).

The Heat are expected to show interest in James Harden, per @ShamsCharania
I love this guy
I would assume that second trade is a move off of Holmes for wings/guards.
Unless Dwight Powell signs somewhere for an above BAE split of the MLE I am going to be immediately putting Drummond in the buyers remorse section next to DAJ, and J. McGee.
David Lord is following a different one:

Mavs no longer pursuing KAT. Portland may be interested.

BOS are not done making moves. Horford unhappy with the KP acquisition. Couple teams interested but no progress yet.

they took down droppingdimes20. don’t know if it was silver, woj, or shams, but that should give my leaks some credibility. more soon
There's a lot of KAT smoke so can Dan S or F Gump explain if this actually works financially in the new CBA? How do we afford that big 3?

"Incarcerated Bob" wasn't paroled.  He escaped.

Morey always thinks big. I can't envision he would trade Harden for Morris and Norman Powell. It is just now how he operates. So the question is what is he trying to accomplish? Is there a way for him to clear cap room if he moved Harden and Harris? That would seem like a long shot. It also doesn't appear he would have the best offer if Lillard asks for a trade.

So how does he make something big happen and quiet any Embid trade rumors if the Sixers take a step back. I have to think Irving is someone he would target, just not sure he could clear the salary to make it happen.

I agree. With the new CBA, S&T's are more difficult to negotiate as well. It's going to be real interesting to see how teams navigate this new terrain.

I wonder if Harden sees over 20 million per year on his next contract?  I think I heard he cannot be extended with a trade.  If he goes somewhere else and disappoints in the playoffs, I wonder what the market would be for a 34 year old.  He probably wouldn’t be in the Westbrook space of begging for more than the minimum but he probably not too far off from that despite leading the league in assists this year.
I cannot believe the amount of money Harrison Barnes has made.

[Wojnarowski] Sacramento Kings forward Harrison Barnes – a key part of the franchise’s rise into Western Conference contention – has agreed on a new three-year, $54 million contract extension, his agent Jeff Schwartz of @Excelbasketball tells ESPN.
Kings must have struck out on all their pursuits

18M per year, roughly 13% of the cap. With last year being in new tv deal it is probably even less.
Sound like a decent deal for a solid starter tbh.
They offloaded their 1st rd pick to us to open up cap space. I doubt this is what they had in mind.
