I would package #10+2027 for Bam in a heartbeat.
Lakers MIN game is stupid.

20 to 13 FT deficit for MIN. 22 to 13 foul disadvantage for MIN.

7 of those 22 fouls were in the 4th quarter. All 7 happened in the first 6 mins and let the Lakers storm back down from 10. Garbage officiating.

So disappointed in Edwards tho. He really showed some of that ending magic last year but he can't even get a clean look here

Yeah. He's still 20 and the sky's  the limit. One thing's for sure he's going to be a certified monster. I'd be scared to face him in a 7 game series.
Props to the Lakers for building their roster on the fly.  It is still not on solid foundation due to Lebron's age and AD's health, but they look like a completely different team that fits well together.

They did this without giving up young guys in Reaves and their second round pick this past year.  They have pick #17 in the draft and also another pick to offer via trade, if needed.   They also have some flexibility if they decide to pivot as the guys they picked up are not tied to long term contracts.

Compare and contrast to the Mavs moves.  They have rebounded nicely after a terrible Westbrook trade.    Hopefully the mavs roster looks as improved as the Lakers moves after the deadline when the offseason ends.

Reaves, Schroeder, Vanderbilt, Brown JR, Gabriel, Lonnie Walker, Beasley, Christie, Bamba, Hachimura.
Some are better than others and besides Reaves the rest are support players.   But they have done well on the margins with guys that fit.

I hate it in any form it might take.  They already had sub-500 teams making the playoffs, did they really need more?

So Kuzma just decided to clap back harder than I've ever seen

That kid Jalen Johnson was a great find for them. He wasn't in the rotation under McMillan, but Snyder had been playing him and he's been giving them good play off the bench. Atlanta has talent. Saddiq Bey was a good pickup, (have no idea why Detroit gave up on him) A J Griffin. Give Snyder a whole season to implement his system and they should be a lot better next year. They don't have a chance vs Boston however.
I can't wait until Din has a media career after he hangs up his sneakers.
Bulls vs Raptors is enfuego. Raptors were dominating, now Lavine has brought the Bulls back with a 20 pt 4th qtr. DeRozan has caught fire, and Alex Carouso has been a defensive menace. Neither team wants to end their season. Great game.

Dinwiddie is in the playoffs, Kuzma is on vacay...
Refs always find a way to ruin a great game. How is this a shooting foul?
A quick flameout in the playoffs make the Raptors dumping Siakam even more likely. He's the guy I still want the most

Horrible call. Bulls still got the win. Levine was on fire.
The way Saric is playing he probably would have been the Mavs starting center this season...
First time ever in the play-in that both 10 seeds advanced to the 2nd game. OKC is another young team the league better watch out for. They're going to be borderline scary when Holmgram comes back. They knocked off the Pels to play the T-Wolves Fri.

Then having a ton of picks allows them to turn over a lot of rocks but they are one of the stronger teams of finding players on the fringes.  Dort was undrafted and now one of the better defenders in the league.  Their second round pick (the other Jaylon Williams) has started most of the games after the all star game.  He is not a shot blocker, but the best charge taker in the nba and he also has a very high basketball iq.

Throw in guys guys like Kenreich Williams and a few others and they have 5-6 guys who I would love on the mavs who were either undrafted or second round picks.  Dallas desperately needs to find one this off-season.

Also, OKC has to decide which players they will commit to long-term deals to be the cores of the franchise.  This is where the fun begins for other teams looking for roster depth. They can't sign and keep everyone.  I have to admit, Sam Presti has pulled the right strings in building this team to compete in the future. They have plenty of draft capital to play with (15 picks) for trades to upgrade the team even more.
