Crazy to go from a 104.5 defensive rating for two weeks straight into a 125.5 rating the next two weeks.

ESPN Sources: Houston Rockets center Alperen Sengun has escaped major injury on his lower right leg, suffering a severely sprained ankle and a bone bruise on his knee. Sengun’s been one of breakout stars in the league this year, averaging 21 points, nine rebounds, five assists.
Denver down to Toronto by 20 on Denver. Denver has their regular starters and Toronto is missing most of theirs. Basketball is strange sometimes

Unfortunately for Mavs both GSW and Phoenix won. Curry-less GSW got revenge against Spurs and Phoenix won a tough road game against Cleveland.

I guess San Diego won't be one of the two expansion teams.

Otto Porter Jr. has announced his retirement:

"For the past 11 years, I had the chance to live my lifelong dream of playing in the NBA. That dream was capped by winning an NBA Championship! Unfortunately, my body is not allowing me to play at the level that I expect of myself, and I have therefore decided to retire.”

I agree with Gobert. Integrity of the game is starting to come into question with how big gambling is getting.

Is it sad that I have I have the tiniest belief that the Mavs new casino moguls will maybe have the tiniest competitive advantage if the gambling world really does affect the integrity of the game?

I mean who better to have on your side than the House itself?

The Maloof family owned the Kings for a long time and also owned a casino. They were the victim of perhaps the worst screw job in the history of organized sports.

That was before the league has become an extension for every online gambling app known to man.

Plus its hard to compare the Maloofs casino to the Adelsons. Palms Casino is a moderately sized operation. Sheldon Adelson built the Venetian and created the largest casino operation in the world.

Big difference here.

ESPN Sources: Amid a considerable franchise turnaround, Orlando Magic coach Jamahl Mosley has agreed on a four-year contract extension that’ll take him through the 2027-2028 season. Magic are a half game out of fourth in East and top 5 in defense.

A 20 pt lead is like a 10 pt lead in today's NBA. Denver came back and won 125-119, behind the Joker's 35-17-12 triple double.

Mosley gets well deserved extension. He's turned out to be a better coach than I imagined.

The worst screw job in the nba was the 2006 NBA Finals.
6'4 Josh Hart with 19reb in a Knicks win over the 76ers.
Minnesota was down 22 in the 1st half vs the Clippers, Kawhi left in the 1st qtr with back spasms. Then Edwards went to work with 37 pts, Alexander-Walker had 28, and Mike Conley 23 in a 118-100 win. Minny takes the season series 3-1.
