LUKA
DRAGIC
DeRozan
KP
WCS/MOSES

That might be the worst defense in the history of the NBA.

If we go under the cap we currently have 30 in cap plus the room.  We are not stuck with THJ and have a lot more room to maneuver with the spending.  Plus it will be very easy to create more cap space by dumping one or more of the many centers we currently have.  You could probably dump WCS for air if necessary and a Powell for Dragic trade does not work over the cap, but means you got Dragic for 8 mil and still have 22 left.

I feel like it will take a lot more work for over the cap to make sense.  Maybe if you can send THJ out in an S&T, but those are difficult to do.

That´s the idea. If you can´t, then you have to use capspace anyway. The TPEs would also remain valid the whole year. Could come in handy at the buyout stage. Team wants to buy out Jeremy Lamb or Derrick Favours for 80% of their remaining salary and you offer to take the whole contract.
"Dallas as usual is missing like crazy but they plan to pursue Kawhi with all of their might. Both NO and DAL are in flux about Lowry favoring Miami. That said, making Luka happy is a priority and adding Dragic helps that. I am being told that he also helps as they plan on trying to land a star as well. Dwight Powell is who Dallas is targeting to send to Toronto for Dragic in a three team deal (MIA/TOR/DAL). Resigning Tim Hardaway is seen as urgent for Dallas. Dallas is looking at centers as well. One center that has come up, Daniel Theis. Dallas wants shooting all around Luka. "

Dragic would be incredibly short sighted. I really hope we’re better than this. 12 months from now he probably won’t even be a SnT option due to lack of interest. The guy isn’t what he used to be.

Bringing him off the bench also makes little sense with Brunson here. At some point you have to bring in players who actually have the physical tools to defend.

Didn't mention Dinwiddie, so it gets a like from me. Very entertaining, indeed.

Re DeRozan you can probably make the case that he’d have value on his new deal and could be flipped later on.

But yeah, he’s pretty far down my list, too.

Cant we just overpay Lonzo? He’s at least on a strong upward trajectory and fits onto this roster like a glove.
"Detroit who I already said is targeting Oladipo and THJ are also targeting bigs like Nerlens Noel. Detroit wants to win. They wanted to win last year and they want to win this year. "

Since NBASupes mentions THJ...
I forgot about Oladipo. Wonder where he lands with Miami kicking him to the curb.

If the Pels aren't getting Lowry aren't they going to match offers for Lonzo?

But also, tweets stopped working for me on Mobile-Dark. Is that the case for others as well?

Mobile-Dark is what I typcially use on my phone, but now tweets don't work and (the long time bug) I can't see any posts past a deleted post for that page of posts. So I have to use that Mobile MyBB 1.8, which I hate.

Not complaigning though because I certainly don't have the skills to help with this stuff. Bow staff skills and nunchuck skills aren't much use on the internet.
I only have a bike with sweet shocks and pegs. Every once in a while I take it off sweet jumps and stuff.

Doesn’t look like he’s a lock to be back there. Who knows. Maybe they’re just trying to downplay his value.

Rumored numbers for him:

The Bulls can give him an offer sheet, Mavs can to. But if the Pels don't get Lowry seems like they'd be crazy to let Lonzo go. No rush for them. They can just wait and match the offer sheet.

Man, IF this is true, and we obviously don't know that it is, it would seem that Dallas is literally hell-bent on acquiring one of the FA point guards, and they're just going down the list in order until they get a "yes" from someone.

I think that's very, very interesting, if it's really the case.

I know they need more ball-handling - everyone does. And, I know the PG group is the strength of this FA class. But, at what point are you just chasing bad value in the name of (stubborn) fit? When you get down to the Dinwiddie's and Schroder's of the world, I think you might be forcing things a little.
