Agree with all of this.  If we could make this work without dumping Maxi, I really like the big rotation of KP/JC/Maxi.  Does not really explain why we are collecting centers.

Gott overpay to play. Collins isn't a max player right now (and maybe never). But is overpaying Collins 5mm a year better than just keeping Kleber now?

Really wanted D12 here but with all of our signings and Lakers interest, I can safely scratch him off the list.

It is very early but so far, I cannot say the new front office has improved the roster. Please Nico, do something delightful for us.

I don't think the Collins news is very surprising.   Collins wants a ton of money, the Hawks want to give a little less.  Until another team comes with an offer that Collins will accept, they don't need to rush things here.

Dude, I can't figure out what your process is for determining your likes/dislikes when it comes to players. I've had a ton of fun trying, but I give up.

Cheap, elite rebounder who can bang with the big boys in the league.  He's situational, sure but fills needs the team doesn't have.  There is a method to my madness.
