He doesn't, I don't think. I believe some of the reporting on Young's deal has included performance-based bonuses that are theoretically possible but not guaranteed.

Yep, I went and looked it up. The current face value is ~$173MM, but it goes to $207MM if he makes one of those markers. $34MM is a pretty big incentive. Hope he makes it. Then ATL is more limited financially, maybe lessen competition for FAs.

Who are the old dudes on the right? Is one of them Duffy? Is there a pic of Dragic in the crowd? :-)

Interesting that he didn't include KP or THJ in that comment. Could be nothing because today is all about Luka and that's all Dirk is worried about right now. Just interesting, however non-concrete it is.
