Problem is that every two technical fouls afterwards increases the suspension.  Being upheld isn't surprising going by the letter of the law.  Let's see if Luka can hit is goal of no more technical fouls.  I love the kid and I think he has some valid gripes, but for the good of the team he needs to drink a warm glass of STFU when it comes to the officials.

I said this a while ago: Stat-padding hurts nobody except old players and purists. For the NBA marketing department it looks awesome, when players have half-time triple doubles, average triple-doubles etc. For the teams it will enhance the trade value of the player, assuming they are more aware of their accounting flaws than opposing GMs. That being said I´d expect opposing GMs to be aware of places with very creative stat crews.

Instead of this BS. It would logically make so much more sense to give assists for passes that lead to FTs. Half assist for 1/2, full assist for 2/2. They do it in soccer. If a player draws a penalty and it´s converted. It counts as an assist. Not sure how they handle it, if the player converts the penalty himself. I assume he just gets the goal, and no assist.

Man, I forget how great Mark Aguirre was. I wish I could have seen that team. A little before my time of interest in the NBA.

He was a great scorer. Amazing that he never had a 50 point game.
I hated the Mavs back then cause they would always beat my then favorite teams, the Spurs and Rockets.

It´s pretty obvious we are looking at the Bron-Cavs 1.0. Lots of solid veteran roleplayers and one transcendent superstar that can carry basically everything to 45 wins.

Thankfully young Luka is better than young Lebron so far.

Born in Houston and lived in SA when I learned to play basketball. Moved up to D/FW as a freshman in HS. That was in the Aguirre years (moved here the year before Robinson came to the Spurs...I hated being here partially because of that) I became a Texas teams fan a few years after Aguirre left (not really caring who was better, just wanted all of them to succeed) then became the MFFL I am (still rooting for the other two teams unless they played the Mavs) in the 3 J’s era.

That’s where I still am today. I had a stint of rooting against the Rockets once Harden became the player he was there.

DFS WASN'T a (good option as a) starter, he might be now IF he continues to play like he has been.  Angel
