Don't relax just yet. You have to assume Maxi cleared contact testing from the previous case in order to play yesterday and now has COVID.

Off course it is possible new cases will appear. However, it is a relief at this point that no further players are out due to contact tracing.

The larger point is that the entire team shouldn't be playing games for at least five days. Same for the Nuggets and Magic.

Life still has to go on and some calculated risks are accepted, I guess. If your philosophy would be in play, it would make absolutely no sense to start the season at all as it would be basically stopped at this point.

Well that is true, but nobody would be allowed anywhere near his workplace for two weeks, if he tested positive or was in close proximity with a positive person, which is basically the whole team, including staff. Let alone travel around the whole country.
