Luka playing like a power forward this year. Maybe Luka should carry more weight, preferably not at the expense of conditioning. He’s bullying the Hell out of people in the paint this year.

THJ is always class which makes it even easier to root for him.  He also wants to be here which shouldn't be overlooked (it's part of the reason I didn't love trading away Curry).  That said, I'm going to see more than a one game sample size to call this experiment a success.

Yeah, that was sweet.

Dana mentioned it in mavs live postgame, but rick said in his interview post game that he benched 2 starters so “it wouldn’t feel like the blame was on one guy”. Thought that was interesting. Hardaway as starter or 6th man is contributing either way. It’s Powell that barely played. WCS comes in and immediately gives us the lob threat we expected Powell to deliver. Maxi did nothing offensively but at least he can rebound better than Powell. If Powell has lost a step after the injury maybe it’s his minutes that are about to drop

He has always been a very average player at doing the non rim running things. Now he is below average at the non rim running things and average at rim running. Its going to take him a full year to recover. 

Not sure if the Mavs will move him because they love him but he won't be a big contributor this year unfortunately
