Like clockwork.  Frankly, I love it and hope the Nets collapse from within.  Then maybe they can trade Kyrie to a western conference team to help thin out the competition here as well.

Since they like DAJ so much, let's trade them the GSW 31st for Allen. They can't afford to pay his new contract in 2021 anyway.
I like how LeBron James has diversified his portfolio - Jalen Rose.

Did he have a meeting with his broker before halftime?

Portfolio = teamates
Pacers pushing hard for Lance he us exactly what Mavs need.

Soon to be 4 in a row. Getting mauled in Orlando, 95-68 in the 3rd qtr.
OMG, what a game I am plum worn out just watching.  No SGA either, and on road.  We lost to them at home by 1 last month so this evens it up.  We have 40 wins before Rox lol.  I am still stunned by this season this team never quits.  We got down by 18 and still keep playing.

This ended up being winning basket.  Shot clock off Boston ball and Dennis just flat out stole it and made the bucket.  I was resigned to a loss at this point too.

This is what put us behind it was loud at Boston

Most Thunder fans were thinking crap when CP was traded here.  CP even said he didn’t want to be here.  We all assumed he would cause problems awaiting a trade based on that and the Houston narrative.  Boy have things changed.  I think CP decided to teach young players but to do that you have to set the example.  I am speechless how this story has evolved all season long.

Listen to his post game he is truly emotional:

OKC is nice story this year. They've had some big wins, over some of the best teams in the league. They're legit. I'm pulling for them to knock off somebody, in the playoffs, would be poetic justice if it's Houston, and CP3 gets the last laugh.

Might be OKC vs Jazz.  I honestly think Rox are done and will fade to 7 and Mavs move past them.  And OKC still has tough schedule, not given they stay at 5, could slide to 7.

Mavs are still dangerous.  All teams go thru rough patches.  Rox patch seems longer term and Mavs just temp.

As a fan of small market I was resigned to years of bottom tier.  We’ve had a good run of years and I figured it was over.  This us like a “free” extended year.  Might lose some key players this summer so I’m milking all I can out of it.
I have never liked CP3. Always mouthing off. Have to give him props though. His game has always been great. He has every shot in the book. Those Clippers teammates were overrated. If he did not get hurt in Hou, they would have beat GS.

The trade had to hurt. He could have pouted. Instead he has played very well. It would be great to see OKC beating the Rox.
Dumb question but we seed 1v8, 2v7, 3v6 and 4v5 no matter if you win div right?  I feel dumb for asking

If I'm correct, division winners get home court in the early rounds, regardless of record. Best record gets home court in the next rounds. I could be wrong, in fact, I usually am.

That's how it used to be. They changed that after the 2006 season so now it's based on record.

It was actually the 06 Mavs that was the reason for the change. They won 60 games and had the third best record in the entire league but were the #4 seed behind the #3 seed Nuggets who only won 44 games and had the same number of wins as the #8 seed Kings.
Load management will have a big impact on the playoff race in the coming weeks. Today the Nuggets get a free win vs the Bucks.

Bucks starting lineup:

Connaughton
Antetokounmpo (not the MVP, his brother Thanasis)
Lopez (again not the DPOY candidate, his brother Robin)
Matthews
Brown

Giannis did not travel. DiVincenzo, Brook Lopez, Middleton and Marvin Williams did not dress.

Man, Collins must be dreaming if he thinks he's worth the max. Siakam is an All-star STARTER that plays both sides of the floor and was a crucial part of a CHAMPIONSHIP team. Not a 20/10 guy on one of the worst teams in the league. I will be legitimate shocked if he gets more than 20M. He's on the Turner/Capela range. Just saw what a bargain Sabonis signed for, good job Indy.
At least the Clips are taking care of business tonight, against the Warriors.  Up by 34 early in the third quarter.

Collins is a stud though. I agree he's somewhat a liability on the defensive end, but with Capela next to him, it might not be as imparative. Trae Young is going to have a field day, throwing lobs to those two. Atlanta is young, but if they add some good pieces, they should have a chance at the playoffs next year, in the  weaker East.

Lakers beat the Bucks and Clippers, then lose to the Nets at home 104-102. You can't count wins in this league.
