Best thing that could happen for the Mavs. If the Blazers had any hope of making the playoffs the Melo signing ended them.

Lol the only one left to hit one in reg season is Adams.  But he did hit one in pre season!  Damn good form too lol

Proof of Adams 3

He's such a punk. Probably the highlight of his miserable career.
A couple questions guys, see what ya'll think:

1.) Can the Suns keep this going for the rest of the season or will they slow down? Do they have more talent than the Mavs?

2.) Is Brandon Ingram finally figuring it out?

3.) The clippers come to town on Tuesday. Carlisle usually has good games against Doc, for whatever reason. We played them very well in the preason, tho without Kawhi/PG13. How do we match up against them?

My thoughts on those:

  1. I think they slow down, but not so much that they aren't in the hunt for that 7-8 playoff spot.
  2. Probably. New team, new coach, fresh start with what will probably be their #1 going forward being out, his numbers will probably dip when Zion gets back, but he'll be a good #2 guy there.
  3. I'm afraid not well. PG3 and Kawhi can switch duty on Luka and go all out when they do. If they can contain him even a little bit, we're pretty much cooked cause their bench isn't anything to scoff at (remembering the Den game where we got the team win).
Pels are back. Won three in a row and only two games behind number 8. GSW remains the only tanking West team so far.

Melo has been pretty good from 3.  I think they are only running some offense through him right now because Dame is out.  Once he gets back, if Melo can just hit open 3's, he will accomplish what they need - space.  If they wanted to run offense, they should sign Jamal Crawford.  That dude can still ball. Can't believe he hasn't been signed by someone!

Portland is a isolation run offense. So, Melo fits right in. They are last in the league in assists. I agree about Crawford. He should be playing on some team. Dude had 51 pts the last game of the season in 18.

Crawford was a good player but a reference to his last game is like saying THJ is an efficient 20 per game scorer while only looking at his last game.

Pretty good assessment.  Suns have lost 3 in a row, injuries are mounting with Rubio, Baynes and Ayton's suspension, and Booker got a knee contusion last night.  Ingram will be the Pels 1st option IMO, he's a better scorer than Zion. And the Clippers played a rag-tag game in a win vs the C's, but that was the 1st game with PG and KL. I expect them to wreck havoc on the perimeter, when they get continuity playing together. If they can slow Luka down, even a little,  I think they win,  because of their better and deeper bench.

Looks like he will be by far most prized asset in the summer. Will probably get a max contract. Will Pels match or will they trade him at TDL to get something back?

Interesting take considering the hype.
The Tank is back in action tonight vs Lakers.  I told em to win this one to help bring Lakers down in record so Mavs can pass them soon.  So here’s to a Tank loss (an actual winning score).
Might be time for Vince to hang them up. -29 in 10 minutes. Ouch. Also hilarious that the whole team has a huge negative +/- except for Parker and Parsons, who are +2.
Wow, got us a barnburner.  Lakers lead 106-103 after 3.  Adams went off in 3rd and up to 22 points now.  And we are without Noel tonight he’s been playing great lately but was a late sick scratch.

I know we are tanking but I want to win this game!
Real scary news out of the Boston game with Kemba Walker having to be stretchered off the court with a neck injury after colliding with a teammate. Hope he is ok... One of the better guys in the league by all accounts.

Lou Williams is a straight up bucket getter. Didn't score in the 1st half, has 26 in the 2nd.

What are you talking about?  He played well all season for the Suns, even though the team didn't.  So what if it was the last game of the season.  He has scored 50 or more for 4 different teams.  A lot of players can't make that claim.
