Was just thinking that I would love for LeBitch to retire, but then I thought I would prefer if Luka and KP force him to retire
Juancho and Beasley showing they are legit for Minny. They will have to rest them for the rest of the season or they will have a tough time matching the offers they might receive Smile
CP3 took over the game.

I thought his post game interview was pretty interesting.  It sounded like he was almost going to cry because he's so thankful to be healthy and playing for a team that appreciates him.

OKC will be a pain in the ass in the playoffs to any opponent, as their starting 5 is really good.

Cannot afford any more injuries.  Bazely should be back in 3 weeks.  Dort (undrafted) has been a great find.  Dennis is still hobbled (ankle) and seemed to aggravate it again tonight but came back in.  Its such a rag tag team yet they really work well together and CP is the key cog.  In Houston it was Hardens team and here its CP.  He has players listening and learning.

Its not an indictment on Russ either the teams last year to this year are so different.  They each fit better on their teams this year.  I am just enjoying what I thought was a lotto season this really has been a fun year for me.  Vegas had us winning like 24-32 games all season so it wasn’t just me assuming a lotto year.  Thing is now they believe in themselves.  And Billy is finally running his system.  He deserves credit too.

I don't care what anyone says about CP3. He's unquestionably one of the best leaders in NBA history, even though he hasn't been lucky enough to win a title. 1st ballot HOFamer for sure.

When the trade happened he said he didn’t want to be here.  At that point I said it was over and he would be a locker room problem.  I guess he was assuming seeing OKC trade both stars he was staring at a tank season.  So in that regard to go from Houston to OKC had to be heartbreaking and a sense of betrayal.  Same for the fans we all thought he would be trouble based on his comments but also on the way word leaked out of Houston that he was the problem.

So going into season everyone thought it was gonna be bad.  And it even started that way.  But somewhere in that first month it changed.  We started making these huge comebacks.  And then after Thanksgiving we started to win.

I think CP was processing things that first month, coming to terms.  But then I think he started to get to know the players and formed some close bonds.  And through that he started to teach and respect and got that returned.  And over that time listened to Billy and bought in to his system.

Somewhere in that first month it all changed.  He is very close to SGA and I think perhaps he never got that in Houston from players.  All of them respect CP here and he is giving it back equally.  He talks with Billy a lot and its like having 2 coaches vs 1.

CP made a decision early in season that he was going to buy in and once he did it changed.  If one thinks about they were all cast offs.  CP, SGA, Gallo, Dennis.  All were basically fired to allow their teams to bring in other players supposedly better.  So thats why I call them misfits rag tag team, no one wanted them in a manner of speaking.  And they are making the best of it.

This season was unexpected and thats why its so fun for me.  I had zero expectations except tanking.  CP is the straw that stirs the drink.  Gallo even decided to turn down a deal to leave.  He still might but if he had been unhappy he woulda left.
In Houston CP was never getting any glory but got all the blame.  It was Hardens team and CP was an afterthought.  Here he is the man and is respected.  He played here for 2 years before when we had the loaner team so he has a fanbase already.

I have no idea how the story ends but its already passed my best hopes so its all gravy now
Clips lost to Sac.  Thats 3 losses in a row and 4 of last 5.  Trade looking better and better all the time.
Welcome to the new NBA. Nuggets shoot 85/75/85 in the 1st quarter and are only up 5.
1997 was last time a Western Conf team made playoffs under 500.

Was also the last time SAS missed playoffs.

That is amazing stat and this year could have an under 500 West team make it.

What an undrafted find he is gonna get a contract

Jayson Tatum doesn’t have a lot of trade value.

Have you ever met someone stupider than Dlord? I miss him.
The Bucks are on a mission. Clearly the best team in the NBA, at 48-8. They also have a chance of setting the highest point differential in NBA history, if their current 12.41 per game stands.
