Even if all that was overcome, isn’t expiring and near pick better than THJ and far away pick?

Who said it was a FRP?

Doesn't really make sense for the Mavs. Dinwiddie isn't starting over Brunson. He doesn't solve the offensive issues. Unless the Wizards take THJ, a deal would have to be centered around Porzingis which again doesn't make sense. Probably just 2 dudes who like crypto talking about crypto. Because the 2nd favorite thing among people who like crypto is talking to other people about crypto.

Well they got a 1st round pick out of the deal, so it is reasonable to think Dallas offered basically nothing for LeVert if they didn’t offer a 1st themselves.

I think the vision, if this is in any way real, would be that it is better to have SD as a $17mm guard off the bench guard than $20mm THJ as a guard off the bench.  You lose outside shooting and get a good creator and shorten up the time frame on THJ’s deal.  I could see it, but it would have to be THJ based.

If Dinwiddie takes crypto advice from Cuban he´s not getting paid by Bitcoin, but Social Services in ten years.

Injured THJ with his contract structure might be more valuable than injured Rubio as an expiring depending on the situation.  If we offered a FRP to get off of THJ, the MBT is as bad as ever.

If true that means we are both willing to get off THJ and suggests we are willing to go into the tax.  Both would be good.  Glass half full.

Kevin Love and Mark Cuban are drinking buddies (he was there the night Cuban was accused of sexual assault) and nothing ever came of that relationship.  Fear not.
Knicks are thirsty.

Oh ya I keep forgetting that he was included....
Players that might very well be on the market:
- Detroit: Grant, Olynik, Joseph, Jackson, McGruder (why not Olynik+Joseph for THJ?)
- Houston: Gordon, Wood, Theis, Augustin, Nwaba (Theis for Moses and a second rounder?, or THJ+Moses for Gordon and Theis and couple of second rounders?)
- NY: Fournier, Kemba, perhaps Randle and others (seeking win now help)
- Orlando: Ross, Harris, Lopez, MCW, Moore
- OKC: Favors, Muscala, Williams

for
Holmes/Barnes/Bagley

Holmes     Powell
Barnes      Bagley
DFS          Green
Brunson    Bullock
Luka

And then you flip Barnes to Atlanta for Collins.  Schwartz gets Barnes to a winning situation.  He gets Collins to Dallas and Dallas has to pay Bagley (another Schwartz client) in the off season.

Does this trade look even better to Sacramento now?  KP (and Maxi) are both much better fits next to Sabonis than Bagley and Holmes.

Once again can be interpreted in mulitple ways.

Obviously trading THJ makes us a better team immediately simply for the fact that THJ cannot play basketball for two months.

I´d just like them to be opportunistic and not think so much in terms of perimeter shooting, but also cap and asset structure.

Bagley + Lamb for THJ would be an amazing deal. We can even circumvent the fact that Lamb can´t be traded in combination with another player using our TPE.

I say the absolute bare minimum to come away with is Bagley/Lamb or Harris/Bamba for THJ. That´s shooting on expiring contracts that can be re-signed cheaply plus test-driving a former top 5 pick.

Porzingis obviously has to be up for debate in trade scenarios, but a solid THJ trade must be accomplished.

I wasn't buying a KP/Sabonis front court here, so I don't see it working in Sacramento either...sorry.
