I can´t believe I actually like a Mavs move. 
Not to burst the bubble but it´s not going to be TPE + MLE. Cuban isn´t getting rid of bad salary to make himself a tax payer again.

Yup this is about Cuban being cheap. We’re trimming the payroll so Kyrie‘s max won’t hurt quite as much. The TPE will most likely go unused.
