Cannot make it up. After David Robinson and Tim Duncan the the Spurs get another generational bigmen prospect.
Disgusting
Of course
Pop retirement postponed.
LOL. Again. Cavs and Spurs. Always. Ridiculous.

Can't say I told ya so, but I told ya so...
Wemby probably happy that he avoided the Hornets.
The Spurs are a lucky as hell franchise.

They set themselves up well for that luck too.
Also worst outcome for us. No Wembanyama center movements.
Seems like a good fit for him. His first name is Victor, after all.
At least we will have one month to come up with all kinds of draft scenarios before the Mavs throw the pick into a trade.

So you are saying we have never moved up in the draft, cause there is no rookie called Dumba**. Undecided
First impressions:
- no impact on centers, SA doesn't have one to speak off
- it will be interesting to watch what Portland does with their pick. OG? Siakam? Or they keep it and finally start a rebuild
- Detroit and Houston are the big losers of the draft. They both have a bunch of good but not generational assets. Will they keep the pick or also try to trade it
- lets see what Mavs do with the pick
Tankathon quickly updated its mock based on the lottery results.  Dallas gets Dicked.

Yup indeed. Though it could be tricky. We have no 2nd round pick to add to Capela for #10.
Hornets got the 2nd pick. What will MJ do?

Bigger bodies with better defense going 4-9. Has been the trend of the last few weeks.

Isn´t he trying to sell the team?
I'm happy with keeping the 10th pick! But Wemby to the Spurs will be tough...at least better than the Rockets I guess. Now let's see what a re-signed Powell and Kleber can do against Wemby  Sick
IF Cuban was smart, the #1 reason he would not trade that pick immediately, is that he´d recognize under no circumstances should he be the judge on how the new CBA effects the value of draft (lottery) picks in trades. I assume it goes up significantly due to the luxury tax rules and general imposed restrictions on higher-payrolled teams. So the last thing I want is Cuban, the hater of young players, to define what such a draft lottery pick should be worth for a veteran. Confused

Maybe Lindsey is able to convince them to sit on the pick for at least six months.
