Mavs lost while outshooting LAC by almost 10% from the three point line. 

LAC did outshoot 57.9% to 44.2% overall, but still "YIKES."

I mean the Mavs shot 51% from three....so yeah, not sure what else they could have done.

Mavs needed to take games 1 and 2 just to have a chance in this series. I still think the Clips are in great shape but if the Mavs are going to win somehow, it's going to be in 6 or 7 games.

You can see how small the margin of error is for the Mavs. After 3 games, it requires a hot shooting night/close to 20 threes just to have a chance. Games 1 and 2 still came down to the final minute despite making 17 and 18 threes on good percentages. 20 threes tonight at a 50% rate and still lose by 10. 

When the threes go cold (and they will at some point) it's not going to be pretty

Luka is at 46% from 3 and I bet he is pretty close to that on FT's.  So weird and bad at the same time.

A loss like tonight is all the Flips need to get their confidence back.

Lets see if the Mavs rise to the occasion or fold.

I hope we can at least play traffic cone defense next game instead of no traffic 4 lane highway defense...

Eff KP for 1) doing zero for his trade value, and 2) not doing anything to help us win this game.

Rick may have to choose between winning the next game vs playing KP major minutes - and Janis is not gonna like the decision
