Mavs need to lose every game up until SA.

several games losing streak ain't nothing as long as we get our pick, draft is stacked this year and that is our only way possible to strengthen our roster significantly knowing that we don't have assets to land anything meaningful through a trade, nor have we got the attractiveness to acquire a big name FA.

They need to lose every game and the last two games might be very Pacers-ish opponents. If they don´t commit to losing both they will win them easily and that might be enought to finish 10th and we all know what a major incentive that will be for the clown that said he hated the play-in. Pelicans have a brutal schedule and might finish 38-44: Denver, Clippers, Kings, Grizzlies,Knicks, Wolves.

The Pels won pretty easily last night. Good opportunity today for Chicago at Charlotte and OKC at Indiana. Unfortunately Utah is on the road against Boston who just destroyed the Bucks.

Seems pretty safe that we pick 10th or 11th. It´s just a question whether we pick 11th with a 90% probability or a 20 probability.

Bulls win. Jazz lose. OKC lose.

Mavs shared 10th odds. One game behind Utah. 0.5 in front of OKC.

Finally found the perfect ending to this season. Tied with Thunder for 10th place. Thunder win the tiebreaker to get in the play-in, then win the coin toss to take the 10th pick from us.

Also Nets have a better record than Mavs since the trade.

Important game today for team tank. Adebayo is out which won‘t help our chances of not winning. If we do manage to lose tonight I hope we finally give up on the season and make sure we start our reload with our top 10 pick!

I hope the Heat make it quick. I can't stand to root for them for long. Going to need about 3 showers tonight.

Need to catch UTah. Chances of getting a top 4 pick almost doubles going from 10th to 9th. 

Also get to keep the pick even if one team leapfrogs them.

Luka and Kyrie both played 21 minutes in the first half. They're going to have the perfect excuse to rest them tomorrow.

I can’t even come up with names we can get with no cap space and 2 1st rd picks that will fix this mess.

No clue. But it starts with this years draft pick.

Crisis averted.

Loss AND 45 minutes for Luka before a b2b. So the loss is guaranteed tomorrow too.

For 2 1sts maybe Royce O'Neale and Daniel Gafford? If they get a top 10 pick they could potentially shoot higher. For instance Turner or Capela if they want to spend their assets on a big. Anunoby if they want to spend on a wing.

But I think it all starts with a new head coach.

Also 43 for Kyrie and 41 for THJ. I think those three should get a night out in Miami rather than traveling to Atlanta.

This is bad...real bad. They need a complete teardown of the roster and start over from scratch. This wasn't Embiid or the Hornets' young, athletic bigs that dominated tonight. It was Cody Zeller and Kevin Love - and they still outrebounded Powell/Kleber/Wood.

They need to start over but I don't know what the solution is. All I know is that Kidd might be the worst possible coach for a Luka Doncic team. And Cuban was dumb enough to hire him on the spot without even considering any other candidate.
