It is probably a good guess. There was some smoke there this offseason...right?
Maybe Reggie Jackson. It was only McMahon speculation I believe. But maybe there was talk to gauge his interest in case he was bought out. Probably not. Probably not a lot of bigger wings...a big need for us.
I think we need 2 solid buyout players to have a good chance at a title this year. My preference on the list would either be Bev or Jackson plus we need to add Noel.
Danny Green would be great but I think Phoenix will go after him hard too
Only one 2nd rounder for Bamba.

There is a reason for that one. Personally, I would like to see them go after Pat Bev and Noel. Green may be a nice add on for depth also.
Westbrook should be included right? Probably not for Dallas, but I wonder what type of teams have interest in him.
Suns are probably in the driver's seat in terms of adding their top buyout targets. I'm assuming those targets will be Reggie and Green.
I think PatBev has a decent chance to end up in Dallas.
One thing the buyout market won't have is any big wing defenders.
I just don´t see the need for another SG sized wing. Would Danny Green actually get minutes over THJ, Bullock and Josh Green?
The way I see it priorities should be a bigger wing (hard to find), 3rd ballhandler and versatile big that can play both roles...solo big and next to Wood/Kleber/Powell.

I actually think he could be an okay pickup for Sacramento.
Reggie + Nerlens or PatBev + Nerlens would be pretty nice pickups. I've always thought PatBev was overrated and he's probably washed but beggars can't be choosers. Reggie can run an offense in emergency situations and be a partial 6th man. Nerlens would be the real prize considering our need.
Hot dogs in Dallas are put on notice.

I think Green just being another option to play with Bullock/Green/THJ is valuable enough.
I don't see a bigger wing or versatile big that fulfills any of those roles.
I figure if they want another ball handler, Reggie Jackson/Pat Bev works and can be had by swapping out Frank for one of them.

Green of yore was that guy.
I'm thinking the best bets are Bev and (ugh!) Love. Should be Noel, who would provide much more defense, but I would raise an eyebrow at his coming here after his perception of how he was treated (as if it wasn't his fault).
Kyrie-Bev
Luka-Hardy
THJ-Green-Bullock (despite this positioning, he is part of the top 10 rotation, of course)
Maxi-Morris-Pinson-Bertans
Wood-Noel-Powell-McGee
Two-ways Wright and Lawson
Hmmm, actually, as I look at this, I wouldn't be surprised if the Mavs waived Markieff. He's likely to be a locker room problem if he doesn't get minutes (and he won't). Could we get all three of Bev, Noel, and Love? That would be cool.
adding a few experienced vets would be good. and we're an attractive destination for those buyout players now that we have two superstars plus a decent rotation, we are a legit championship contender.
Looks like Love won't be bought out. Quit crying, Cuban
