31 man

The game is on CNBC
48 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 blocks (no defense huh) fucking hell. This kid is the best player in the world. That should tell you something about the rest of our roster and that we need to find two legit stars. We´ll legitimately compete for titles for the next decade. Stop fantasizing about a Dirk-esque miracle title run with Batums and Dinwiddies. You get a Pippen and we are talking Michael Jordan domination. That´s what I´d pitch John Collins. To be Scottie Pippen.

Who's fantasizing about that? However, team Slovenia is made up of a bunch of Batums and Dinwiddies. The team has to walk before it runs meaning we need to get the Batums and Dinwiddies before we can attract the stars as contenders.
Based on game 1, Luka is by far best player of the tournament. Totally unstoppable. Game against Spain will show real value of our team. Than we hope for a good draw in the quarterfinals, especially to avoid USA and France.
Dallas is not even made up of Batums and Dinwiddies, more like 12th to 13th men on a championship team. Now who wouldn't want to team up with Luka? Jokic gonna leave Denver for Dallas. Swing a trade for Garuba. Get all Euro stars here.

Well, based on current rumours all best free agents are looking in other directions...

Dallas just seems like an afterthought, sadly. It looks no one is taking them as a serious contender. Dallas is just appearing as one of teams interested for basically all top free agents but we basically never see that a player is interested to come to Dallas. I hope they prove me wrong but I am affraid we will have a very boring and unimpressive offseason.
Meh...not even the most points scored in a single FIBA game. Imagine what happens when he faces real defenders in the NBA...
Wow, the refs were terrible in the Slovenia game. Quick check where they came from: USA ... figures.

Nothing new from Luka ...
incredible offense, unstoppable from midrange to paint. Low% 3pt due to a lot of terrible shots. Better FT day. Teched by the refs due to constant bitching (as said they were terrible, but still needs to manage this better).

A few of Luka's 3-point attempts looked  "terrible," but 42.86% is NOT a "low" 3-point percentage.

If someone asked me whether I would be satisfied if Luka made 3000 out of his next 7000 three-point attempts for the Dallas Mavericks, I would unhesitatingly say YES!

Wouldn't you?

(I would also be quite satisfied with 80% on two-point attempts and 85.7% on free throws.)
So after all that for the first game...

I am relieved that there seems to be a "bubble" atmosphere regarding the Olympic village.

That much scoring in one night could turn Luka into Wilt Chamberlain during a regular Olympic environment.

Lets take Wikipedia's word that there were 5992 male athletes in London 2012. Divide the estimated number of condoms (45000) that were distributed, it works out to a nice 7.5 condoms per dude. Which.... isn't as crazy as a I thought?

The Olympics lasts for like 2 weeks, which works out to a shag every other day for these gents. Which isn't THAT crazy when we take into account all these people are some of the best in shape people in the world.
Yeah...
BUT

WE ALL KNOW LUKA IS ABOVE AVERAGE!
