I have said repeatedly that I think Luka's ceiling will be when he averages close to 13-15 assists a game and scores mostly in crunch time.

Magic Johnson averaged 13 assists one season in his career and he played with an All-Star team.
John Stockton is the only guy I can think of with those assist numbers.
