I could shoot 7% from deep in summer league.  Cut me a check, Cubes.

You can see the talent of Springer already. Defense, handles, passing, only shots not falling. If Cuban is such good friends with Morey, why didn´t he offer him the Mavs job. Ugh.

This is hard to watch!  The one draft they decided to actually pick some players and they clearly botched it in epic fashion.

Summer league is all about internal development....not really winning games.

But If I was a GM I would be embarrassed if the team we put together looks inferior to other teams.    Hope the Mavs are enjoying Slovenia though.

As brutal as the first half was, the second half has been worse.   Looks like the Sixers are playing against a JV team.

I swear I watch like 2-3 total hours of college highlights on YT and do a better talent evaluation than the Mavs scouting do as a full time job. That´s not because I am awesome, but because these guys must be utter utter trash at all aspects of their job.

I want to see the 3&D and hustle guys next to a capable PG. Maybe DSJ is enough. I already knew that Hinton cannot create in the half court.

How old is Kidd? 50. He´d still be the best player on that SL team.

Really, 50 points should be a goal here.  We can do it.

Just no talent on this Mavs roster and the 76ers know it. They showed up knowing that it's basically a 2nd rounder and a roster full of undrafted players to worry about so this was going to be a walk in the park. Compare to Philly with Maxey, Springer, Joe, Petrusev, Reed. Those are 5 guys who were drafted, including two 1st rounders

Terry really needs a floater.  Going to the rim is not going to be a long term success.  He is crafty in there but it is just going to be limited.   Really needs to develop a floater and perimeter dribble moves to create space so he can get a shot up.  

Dribbling needs to tighten up as well.  He just needs to play in games.....a lot of games.  Probably G-League.

Is it a bad sign in your first summer league game when the announcers start talking about the biggest loss in summer league history???

It's 1 game, new coaching staff, new front office, no Josh Bronze, etc. 

BUT looks like Mavs managed to assemble quite possibly the worst summer league team of all time. Terry remains to display hot garbage status and should probably follow Tyler Bey as automatic cuts. 

He should be playing DDR down at the El Pollo Loco.

I would prefer seeing 10 three pointers per game from Terry.   He is much more aggressive trying to drive.   I want to see him let it fly.

I´ll say this: by process of elimination Omuruyi should be the two player. They correctly evaluated that he´s easily the least sh*t of this bunch.
