Also the FT drawing just vanished.
It’s pretty much indefensible what happened. The only way to look positive at his decline is with the theory in mind that being 12 more months away from the meniscus injury might help turn things around for him.
I have a different perspective.
Our supporting cast past KP and Luka are pretty bad. To me, an unguardable player who basically pounds the rock until they get a shot or every player on the other team runs to them and they pass the ball to a wide open player (who may or may not make it) is going to do better than a player who depends on the offensive set and play to get his shot...and we don't even have a player than can throw a decent entry pass on time and on target...will obviously struggle. It's well documented we don't have ANYONE outside of Luka who can actually run an offense or playmake with any consistency. Honestly, Seth Curry was a much better playmaker than anyone on our roster outside of Luka...for Pete's sake, Delon Wright was better at running an offense than anyone else on our roster outside of Luka. JJB was infinitely better at running an offense than anyone we have on our roster outside of Luka...
The player that is more dependent on a subpar cast to produce will obviously struggle more.
EDIT: Should have read Dan's post first...it pretty much said something sort of simliar.
