One thing I really like about KP is his interview game. He speaks so freaking well, and puts thoughts together quite cogently relative to other pro athletes. I don't know if he's just like that or if it's the result of the kind of media training you get when you get drafted by a New York team, but it's clear to me that he runs rings around our local reporters.
But yeah, I can see where you're coming from with the above. He didn't really seem interested in communicating a "hey, it's great that Dwight is playing so well, and I'm excited to fit in and add to what's working" vibe when posed with that question.
