Need scoring from someone else besides Luka. He's got 22 of their 45.

Need one of the centers (or some cutters) to roll hard into the paint and make the Clippers pay for this over-aggressive defense. Have to defeat it with the pass, not the dribble.

Clippers aren’t even playing well. Mavs just look like they have no scheme on either side of the ball. They need a disciplinarian coach.

DP has no chance against Zubac. Just taps the ball, can't get a clean rebound.

If the Clippers stay healthy and get their continuity and roles locked in, they could be a potential problem. You can see it.

Powell is just so bad. His individual and team defense gets attacked every time he's in the game. Might as well put a giant target on him when he's on the floor

Its crazy how much the team depends on the impact of a 19 year old rookie. drop off after him to Powell and Holnes is massive

Why can't they block out Terrance Mann?

That’s it. Please put some guys in who want to play tonight. This is embarrassing.

Luka last several games have not been good - he still put up the stats, but its quite obvious something is not right physically, exacerbated by the hand injury he suffered early in the game.

Holmes was disapponting, had high hopes after the last Laker game

Same with Luka. Every time the opposing team sees them they start salivating.

Luka needs a unique team around him. There’s not room for any other subpar defenders on the court when it matters. We always need rim protection and help defenders

We have players on the roster that do not belong

Rebounding, perimeter defense, rim protection, overall length. Every new player we bring in needs to be able to do these things.

The type of team we have is too small and slow and unable to hang. We need to be sellers at the deadline and push our chips in for next year. I’m afraid Luka and Mark will not allow that

You'd think we'd know after failing Dirk as a franchise for forever and him going nuclear when we finally gave him decent support

Just zoomed thru the game and didn’t watch much of the second half. Really disappointed in the lack of fight tonight. lAC really wanted it tonight and Dallas provided no resistance. The center play was awful.

Just a really disappointing performance. On to the next one.

This is just a bad brand of basketball and that's just offensively. Teams will probably continue defending them like the Clippers did tonight. They will let Luka/Kyrie have as many shots as they want as long as it means not getting anyone else involved. That resulted in only 9 made threes...which is probably close to a season low. Since the Mavs can't rebound and can't defend, that strategy will probably work most games unless Luka is red hot from three.

Mavs' Big Three (Luka/Kyrie/THJ) took 69% of the total shots with 7 assists. Clippers' Big Three (Kawhi/PG/Harden) took only 44% of their total shots with 14 assists.

The Clippers brought their C minus game and somehow still were 20 points better in what really was as close to a scheduled win for the Mavs as it gets. That’s disturbing. It seems like the league has figured out the Mavs. They’re going to need some coaching both to adjust and to hold players accountable.

I didn't think the performance or effort was so bad. But you can't win shooting so badly. It happens.

And yeah, our centers are really bad
