The only thing i'm a little afraid after reading ''there was no market for Wood'' is that other GM-s know something.
We know that he is expiring contract and that FO was/is a hesitant to give him a new contract. And we already know what happened last year and i really hope we didn't make another Brunson situation.
I'm still surprised that how low a lot of Mavs fans are on him. He is not all star, but he is doing great job and i think such type of center (with reasonable contract) will thrive in the playoffs when bigger centers are ussually exposed.
Something similar (but better) version of Maxi last year playoffs.
The next question is, for all fans who wants to trade him, who would you want at a center? Assumming we need to make a trade also at 4-3 position?
