The Kyrie situation has changed everything IMHo.
He can walk this off-season.
And if he does -- it's going to be another year or two of waiting to compete (if they're lucky).
The time to compete is now while Kyrie is probably going to be in his best behaviour.
Not to mention the West is an open race.
Why step back now and downgrade from Wood?
