Narrative: There is something off about Christian Wood. How has he not stuck on a team yet?
Reality: Wood is a super hard worker. He went undrafted and fought for years to improve and finally get his shot. After breaking out with the Pistons he got his first real contract with the Rockets. If Harden didn’t quit, the “he has never been on a winning team” bullshit wouldn’t exist. Did he have some issues on the dogshit tanking Rockets? Sure. Has he been a class act since we traded for him? Yes. Listen to any interview of him. Team first. Defense. Work hard. All this man wants is a chance. It’s time to give it to him.
