But, if EVERYONE in the organization hates him but Cuban, which seems to be the consensus, then HE'S the one who should've gone. It's so simple. This is a PEOPLE business, just like every business. This is just another in a long line of examples of Cuban thinking he's the smartest guy in the room.
Cleaning house is great, and you can make a strong argument that it was time. But, it is UNDENIABLE already that the organization wasn't planning for this or prepared for this. This is happening TO Cuban, not at his behest. It's a joke. The Mavs are a joke. A bad joke, and it's at OUR expense.

Time to hire Obradovic as Mavs HC and bring some authority. One of the few persons on the planet that wants to win as much as Luka. Vougaris would be afraid to even speak, he would step down after a week and go back to betting.

3 things to fix this
1. Cuban STFU
2. Hire a GM who is a master at tampering and trades
3. Get a Coach who can make Luka more efficient with less load to carry and if KP stays integrate and maximize him on Offense and that will keep him more locked in on Defense...
